Using the tools
Use Pagestays only for documents you are authorized to process. Keep an original copy and review the output before relying on it. PDF files vary widely, and a supported operation may not preserve every document feature.
The tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every file or browser. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. You are responsible for choosing a workflow suitable for your purpose.
Specific boundaries
Pagestays does not provide legal advice, certificate-based digital signatures, identity verification, secure redaction, archival validation, or a certified accessibility conversion. A visible signature is not a guarantee that a document will be accepted by its recipient. Cropping and metadata changes are not secure erasure.
Reference content
Dimensions and vendor claims are sourced and dated. Product prices, free limits, platform interfaces, and policies can change. Check the receiving organization's current requirements and the vendor's own terms before a consequential decision. Worked examples are illustrative, not promises of outcomes.
Future paid features
The listed tools are currently free. The Pro waitlist is an expression of interest, not a purchase, reservation, or commitment to deliver a particular feature. Future paid features, if released, will have their own clearly displayed terms and price.
