Email contact@pagestays.com for product questions, accessibility feedback, or a correction to a reference page. Please start with a description of the problem rather than attaching a document.

For a tool problem

Tell us the tool you used, the browser, the kind of document, and what happened when you tried to save. Include the visible error message if there was one. Describe whether the PDF was a scan, a document exported from an office application, or an interactive form. These details help identify a likely limitation without seeing your content.

If the issue occurs only on a particular page, explain what makes that page different. It might contain a very large image, unusual fonts, rotated content, or form fields. You can create a harmless example containing placeholder text if you want to illustrate the problem. Do not send identification documents, financial records, signatures, or other sensitive material by default.

For a source correction

Send the Pagestays page address and a link to the publisher's current documentation. If a price depends on a region, currency, billing period, or account type, include that context. A screenshot can be useful, but a public source link is easier to check and maintain.

Our comparison pages distinguish an unknown value from a missing feature. If a vendor page does not publish a universal retention period, we do not assume one. If you have a more precise official source, point us to it so the relevant statement can be checked.

For privacy requests

PDF contents are processed locally, so there is no uploaded document archive for us to search. If you joined the optional email waitlist, contact us from the address you registered and ask for removal. We do not need a copy of a document to process that request.

We are a small independent team and do not promise a particular response time. The tool pages explain supported operations and common limitations, while the privacy page describes what the website and waitlist receive.
